If you are a couple (or solo traveler) visiting the Broad Ripple area, look no further - this is your place! Ruan and Claire’s home is a lovely and peaceful spot, located within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and bars, as well as shopping and many other activities in Broad Ripple including the wonderful Monon Trail). The home is spotless and nicely decorated (we loved the mushroom nightlights!), with a very comfortable queen bed and well-stocked kitchen. There is also a beautiful backyard to sit outside and enjoy a bottle of wine at sunset, as we did. Ruan and Claire are very responsive and caring hosts, and we highly recommend their home for your next visit to this part of Indianapolis.

The Little Gingko house is a gem. The house is as adorable as the pictures. It’s decorated beautifully and is very well appointed. We had everything we needed. We loved the walkability to places in Broad Ripple. It was a wonderful stay and we would stay there again!

Ruan's place is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood of Broad Ripple. Tree-lined streets that are safe with ample parking. His place is well cared for with a charming design and thoughtful touches. Comfortable bed and soft towels. A well-stocked kitchen and laundry facilities round out a comfortable stay.
The bathroom is a bit small, but the lovely kitchen and comfortable living room more than make up for it. The back yard is the perfect place to sip morning coffee or wind down with a glass of wine.
Some pro tips...(1) pick up a croissant at Rene's Bakery nearby...(2) Brunch at Canal Bistro...(3) hit up Kahn's Fine Wines for a bottle of wine to enjoy in the backyard. Enjoy!
